Contacting Donna
This website provides phone and email links. It does not currently collect messages through an online inquiry form. Clicking an email link opens your own email app; you choose whether to send a message and what to include.
If you call or email Donna, the contact details and information you choose to share are used to respond and continue the conversation you requested. Please keep your initial question general. Do not include Social Security, Medicare, or policy numbers, health or medical details, financial information, or other sensitive personal information in an ordinary email. This website does not accept insurance applications, payments, or document uploads.
